Mark B. Manzo

CEO

Mark is the sole equity member and founder of Skyview, LLC, possessing a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from the Johns Hopkins Washington DC Campus, as well as an undergraduate degree from Wharton in Economics with a concentration in Finance.  Mark specializes in financial modeling as well as acquisitions, entitlements, construction management (green building) and contract negotiations. Mark lives in northern Maryland and enjoys fishing and golf as well as mountain biking, sailing and skiing.  He is a co-parent, a jazz pianist, and a follower of Christ, giving back to local causes in various capacities.
